Is This Toner Good??

It's definitely a misleading product. ( Alcohol is the third ingredient, really? )
I think your skin will appreciate it more if you skipped this product altogether, It will not provide any benefits for your skin that you want in a toner. I think you are better off rinsing your skin with Green Tea ☺
