If you truly want to wear make up, you need to aim for something that suits you at this particular juncture. Heavy eyes, cheeks and lips will actually make you appear younger and is an ill fit, I assure you.
You could always do a soft lip with tinted gloss, some clear mascara and a sheer coverage BB cream with SPF. A mere hint of soft blush on the apples of your cheeks is nice as well. Keep it on the natural side and you'll be fine.

I agree what everyone else said. You're too young for sexy right now. Mixing a kid with "sexy" makeup is not good & could be dangerous. You don't want to attract someone that likes the look of a "sexy kid", if you know what I mean. A little clear mascara & tinted lip balm or lip gloss is enough to enhance your already naturally pretty face.
