I would still try the white liner on your lower lids maybe not the dramatic eye makeup on top like the picture I posted but the white on the lower lid should definitely make your eyes pop I see a lot of people use nude liner on the bottom as well.

I know people don't normally go for this, but since your hair is so light I think a deep brown mascara would look so pretty on you, it's really fresh looking and with the eyeliner omg! Haha.

I Agree with Stephanie! White liner is a very "night" job to me cause it makes the eyes look like doll eyes /.+ and I hate it (and I'm a drag queen lol) nude liner (I recommend Rommel London) is the way to go :)

Use a eyeliner that is closer to your skintone, or maybe even a blue eyeliner. white can sometimes be animated or dramatic. Not unless thats what you are going for.

A white eyeliner is NOT a harsh look. It makes your eyes look bigger and fresher. I love a white liner in my water line to look more refreshed.
I'd use a shimmery colour in your inner corner of your eye and a white liner in your water line a nice amount of mascara and you're good to go. Xxx

I honestly think it looks fake. when you brighten your eyes you want people to think they are naturally that big and beautiful not be like "oh a white line." lol I agree with Renay.
