Aw that's awesome! Congratulations! :) I've been good, the Weather hasn't been the nicest this year lol! Way too hot! Even to wear makeup as much as I want, my Estée Lauder won't even hold up lol! :( I'm looking super forward to winter where my foundation won't melt off lol! I never used to have this problem so it's been driving me insane lol! How have you been!? :) I'm glad I can still talk to you! There aren't many old members still active if you ask me haha it's a bit disappointing!

Hello! I didn't even notice I had a message on my profile from you, I haven't been active on here in a while haha! Speaking of hair colours I'm itching to dye my hair blonde so I can go pastel colours or maybe magenta while I'm on holidays for 5 weeks haha! Super tempting cause no matter what I do my hair still has so much breakage I may aswell be doing something to it lol! How have you been!? :) xo

Hey girl! Ok so foundation. I have to ask a few questions first. Do you want a matte finish or a luminous, dewy finish? Do you want light, medium or full coverage? Here's what I do. I buy matte foundations that I like, and if I want a luminous finish then I'll mix in the Becca Liquid Skin Perfector, usually in Opal. However, my personal favorite finish is luminous, so I have a lot of foundations like that. The thing is, dewy foundations tend to have less coverage than matte. (Hence me mixing them up). Also, what is your price point? I'm only familiar with a couple drugstore foundations. I love the Loreal Pro Matte, and the Loreal Lumi. One is matte, one is luminous so thats great. However, full disclosure, I have noticed that those particular foundations of course don't perform as well as the slightly more expensive ones. For matte or semi matte, the standard MakeupForever is great, covers well, you can make it more matte with some powder or make it more luminous with an illuminator. The CoverFX Cream and Kevyn Aucoin cream foundations are fantastic matte foundations. I love Dior for a light dewy finish. Any of them. The Dior Star, Dior Forever, most any of them are awesome. Another thing, I LOOOOOOVE the ItCosmetics CC Cream, and you can take it as it is, (which is great) or you can add an illuminator, or you can add the CoverFX Custom Cover Drops for more coverage. Ok so I know this last one in going to mention is super pricey, but I've been on the hunt for my holy grail foundation and I finally found it. The Marc Jacobs Remarcable foundation. It is my ride or die. I finally found the foundation that's perfect in every way (for me). Super high coverage, great shade range, I can leave it as is or mix in a highlighter (which I do every time). It is just phenomenal. Ok but that's me. Back to you!! If I haven't answered your question fully here, feel free to ask more! I love helping other girls and sharing advice. It's NEVER any trouble!

Hi girl! Thanks for the compliments! I have a complicated makeup regimen. First I do oh my skin care, then I moisturize. Then, because I like a radiant finish, I use Laura Geller's radiant primer. Then I mix Marc Jacobs remarkable foundation with Bacchus liquid Opal illuminator. I also mix in a product from Algenist that blurs dark circles, but I can't remember the name offhand. So I mix all of those together on my tray, and I usually applied using a flattop kabuki brush. If I am in a hurry I will use a damp beauty blender. I leave a small space under my eyes untouched. There I will place my mac prep and prime in a radiant rose and YSL Touché Eclat 1.5 together. I make sure to immediately use the same damp beauty blender to apply Laura Mercier's secret brightening powder underneath my eyes. I usually like to use cream blush because it gives that Rick from within glow. I go a little heavy-handed with it since I know I will be placing setting powder on top. Sometimes I do cream powder, sometimes I skip that step. Once all of my liquids and creams are in place, I set my face with hourglass they'll mineral primer trio compact. I say it that way because I use my brush to sweep over all of them, I don't use just one. Once all liquid screams them powders are in place, I start from the top down, starting with my eyebrows. I will do whatever look I'm feeling that day! And that's about it! I hope this helps! :-)
