My eyes are small also... to look bigger... don't line your waterline or if you do just line from outer corner to the middle, try waterproof mascara or get a spoolie,spray it with setting spray and pass it over your eyelashes when you're done putting mascara

You could put eyeliner on the top lash line. White eyeliner on the bottom waterline. Curl your eyelashes with an eyelash curler. Then put mascara on top and bottom lashes 👍 also you should try Maybelline mascaras 😊☺️

Make a cat eye ,also, on the waterline don't line it. Instead use a white pencil or shadow and apply that on the waterline. Apply white eyeshadow to your inner corners and buy loreal butterfly mascara.

Don't put eyeliner on the bottom. Just line the top, maybe a winged liner, curl your lashes. Lots of mascara!!

If you put darker eye shadow colours on the outer corners of the eyes and lighter colours on the inner of the eye and line from the outer corners only half way in, this is a very easy way of achieving bigger more open looking eyes, never line the lower water line of the eye in black, use white instead and curl the lashes to give them a more open feel! By using an iridescent shadow in the middles of the eye lid you will also notice this gives a more open and awake feel to the eye!

Try wearing eyeshadow at the bottom but only drag it in half way. it makes them look way bigger. if you drag them all the way in, they make the eyes look smaller ~from my experience :)

Nude or a pearly eyeliner in the waterline, don't put any product on your lower lashes or under your eye. If you use winged liner make the thickest part of the line right on top of your eyeball (the middle kinda). If you don't use eyeliner on your upper lid, take a golden shimmery eyeshadow, not too dark tho and put it either all of your lid or only in the middle of your upper lid.. also highlighy your inner corners a lot!! And lots of mascara on your top lashes but none on the bottom.. I suggest buying a new one since yours is dry amd falls off :)
