I have a pimple or blackhead that is under the surface of my skin and I can feel the bump but it has no head and it hasn't come up yet it hurts and it's right in the middle of my forehead how do you make it surface?
Also I used biore strips and my nose is a little itchy but not like I can't stand it but is that normal!

What works for me to make spots surface is to apply a steaming hot wet washcloth to them for a while. That works for me. But if that's not your thing, just stick to your normal skincare routine and apply a spot treatment to the place you can feel the blemish.

^ agree with Hannah! I normally use my Clarisonic for this kind of blemish and use a spot treatment. It usually dries out the pimple and helps it go away faster.

I've used toothpaste, but make sure it isn't like the gel kind and that it's one of those all white ones, instead of making them surface it just makes them dry out before they even come out. I have pretty sensitive skin and this worked for me.

Ok thanks and I'm not sure I have a spot treatment and all I use is gel tooth paste 😞

Sounds like a cystic pimple you can do the warm compress is an option like Hanna said and a salycic treatment would be your other best bet. don't mess w it at all ul just make it worse. toothpaste can burn your skin so I wouldn't try it. Advil can help w any pain. as a last resort a shot from the derm it will be gone by morning.

DO NOT try toothpaste!! It will burn your skin and/or just make it worse. I would try using a mask and steaming your face (boiling water in a bowl/pot and put a towel over your head and sit there with the steam for 10-15 minutes. Advil is good and so is actually apply Liquid Advil Gels to the blemish itself can help bring down swelling. Neosporin is also good to use. I've got the same thing going on and its driving me crazy!

I've got the same thing now too. I just banished one on my forehead that was from starting my acne medication again and now I have one coming in on my chin because its about to be that time of the month. Ugh! lol. Using my Clarisonic helps though. That and a warm compress.
