I'm getting creases in my forehead already and I'm only 20 lol. What can I do to help this?

Use a soap free cleanser like Cetaphil and an anti aging moisturiser for your skin type. Also exfoliate twice a week with a mild exfoliant. Start using an anti aging night cream with hyaluronic acid or Glycolic acid with a sunscreen every 2 to 3 hours.

Their more than like expression lines, so if you want to attempt to stop them. I would guess you would have to make a conscience effort to stop making facial expressions, which would kinda make you look like a robot if you did.

Lol I agree with Lynzie. everyone has those lines, just like everyone has some fine lines around your eyes and mouth when you smile. you just need to religiously use your skincare routine, cleanse, tone, and noise
moisturize. also consider buying an anti aging night cream or try out some face masks

Does that mean I'm angry a lot? Lol. I will look into some kind of night cream I guess. I just feel like they've recently became more noticeable.

I'm 20 and have them too! I always raise my eyebrows when I do my mascara and when I do my hair. make sure you set your make up so it doesn't settle in lines and definitely get a skin care routine down! I use anti aging products already too.

@ taylor I'm happy o hear your having wrinkles? You know why? Cuz that means you smile a lot and are enjoying life to the fullest and thats what its all about forget them wrinkles they got nothing on you, personality an attitude take over any flaw 😊 but if you want to slow them down just use a anti wrinkle cream 😊 keep smiling

I agree..creases happen to all ages. Heredity, sun exposure, diet...so many factors come into play. There is no guideline for when you get lines. I question the advice of those who imply otherwise.
Hydrate, SOF, exfoliate, moisturize...and find a reputable derm. Remember that lines are drawn from expressions...experiences as well. Great attitude, CPT! :)

You could also try an anti-aging or firming night cream as well.
