I want to buy some things from mac but would have to be ordering online what color would I be if in my normal foundation shade is porcelain and I have a cool undertone I think and also what face products would you recommand for full coverage I want to cover freckles and pimples thank you.

I thought for Mac that cool is W and warm is C, whereas in other makeup brands it's actually the opposite. I'm not sure if this is correct, I've never bought Mac products before.

MAC says that NC is Neutral Cool and it has yellow undertones and NW is Neutral Warm and has pink undertones. So you're all right. They call it the opposite of what the rest of the beauty world refers to warm and cool as.

One thing I will say is don't 100% take just any MAC girl's advice on what color you are. I had one girl match me to a NW25 as an under eye lighter concealer. I am VERY NC and much lighter than 25. Make sure she tries a few on you even if she's "so sure" you're a certain color.
