I use an angled Kabuki stick brush from Coastal Scents. It's big, dense, and buffs my foundation in wonderfully. And it's only $13!

I personally have been using my coastal scents flat paddle foundation brush.
( It does a better job that a stippling brush I purchased from Real Techniques. )
I go over it very lightly with my buffing brush if I need to.

Sigma F80. I use the Kat Von D foundation too and that's what I apply it with, so I can attest to that. :p.
