To be honest I go crazy with perfume. I use Bath and Body Works body sprays primarily and the one I've been using isn't really strong so it's not really overwhelming. But I just go at it, like on my wrist, rub them together, and then just all over my body. I'm not even going to lie, I probably do six sprays all over.

I spray under each arm and on my chest/neck usually sometimes I'll spray it in my hair a little too and sometimes just all over too if it's a lighter perfume/body mist so it's not overwhelming lol.

I spray on my wrists, neck, and dab what is on my wrist on the inner side of my elbow. I know you can put it behind your knee too.
@Hannah be careful with spraying perfume in your hair because it might dry out your hair.

I go crazy! I go through a Lola bottle a month! I spray all around my body When going out with my man. ( 10 to 12 pumps) If it's school I only use about 7 pumps

I don't spray directly onto my skin. I spray in the air in front of me and allow it to float onto my chest area (unclothed of course.) and I also do it again and allow it to float onto under sides of my forearms. I work in an office and do not want to offend anyone. I have been overwhelmed by others who go crazy with body sprays & perfumes and don't want to be one of those people. After lunch if I want a refresher, I'll use a rollerball on my wrists NOT SPRAY. I try to think of others no matter how much I love the smell of my perfume.

I use scented lotion and a rollerball on heat points or dab on perfume. I do use hair perfume..just a light spritz. I cannot bear it when you are suffocated with someone's scent. Only someone standing close to you should catch the scent.
