It sure doesn't look like an allergic reaction but from what you're explaining it could be... But more likely from something you ate than used on your face. Please, if you have any trouble breathing go to the hospital immediately! If it IS an allergic reaction to something and you can't breath that's a horrible sign! But otherwise, you probably would have to just wait it out and make an appointment with a doctor so they can look at it.

Its probably an allergic reaction to food... you should take some benadryl.
