Cold sores? Oh I never thought of that. Thanks I'll try that and I'll also try ice. Thanks. Any other suggestions?

That is definitely not a cold sore. Try using Lucas paw paw ointment, it comes in a red tub or tube and fixes everything from burns to chapped lips and it's what I use when I need something I can trust to fix it.

No way is that a cold sore.
Paw paw ointment, if not any Chapstick available.
Keep applying it and keep it moisturised,

Doesn't look like a cold sore to me...I would keep lime away from it because my brother actually got a rash like that from either eating or having too much lime on his face..

Yeah it's not a cold sore. Just looks like a chapped spot. Just keep it moisturized, don't exfoliate it, keep acids away from it. Try the ointment the other girls suggested

I have had something similar and I went to the dermatologist and they said it was an allergic reaction to most likely some makeup or a face wash. Don't put any more products on! If its itchy or burning still, crush an ibprophin and mix with a few drops of water till its a paste and apply all over the bumps. Let it dry then wash off gently. Do NOT touch or try to exfoliate! Drink lots of water and if you have to moisturize use a cream with hydrocortisone like aveeno hydrocortisone. Lastly, stay out of the sun. I hope this helps and good luck.

Also, if you have been using a lip balm since you got this, get rid of it! I know that sucks but it could be the cause of this and or is spreading bumps/agitating your skin. If you really don't want to get rid of the Chapstick, wipe off a layer on a paper towel so the bacteria is off. Good luck again!
