I've had pretty bad eczema on my elbows for as long as I can remember, and nothing has worked to get rid of it. Certain lotions and creams prescribed/recommended by my dermatologist help a little, but does anyone have any ways to help then work better or methods to get rid of it? I know I'm lucky that I only have it on my elbows and don't have other skin problems, but it's embarrassing...

Keep in mind that eczema is very different from normal dry skin.

Be aware that using this isn't like applying lotion. You out it on in the shower like you would a regular shower gel and then rinse it off. If you need more moisture, only dab a little onto your palms and go from there.

A natural oil applied just after a shower. Towel dry..slather..wrap your arm in generic plastic wrap. Use exfoliating gloves in the shower and 100% pure scrub is amazing as well. Go easy with cortisone. It thins the flesh and areas where flesh bends..such as the elbow...is especially sensitive to steroid creams. I'd also drink green tea to reduce inflammation.
Plastic wrap..seriously..it works.
