The skin look great! Also, to take a really good picture, try to stay away from pink, green or colour background cuz the colour will blend into your skin and it changes hihihi. I would normally go for a natural background or beige background to take picture :D.

Check to see if your foundation matches your neck in sunlight. It may be the lighting that is effecting the color. Skin looks smooth with great application. I'd soften the blush up a little by using a lighter hand. The colors are very soft and very pretty on you. :)
