Diet and exercise come first, but I actually just read some decent reviews on this product.

Just reading the ingredients list tells me this is a pointless product. Alyssa is spot on with her advice and I agree 110%.

Body wraps have helped a few of my friends that have had babies with loose skin on there midsection 😊
I've tried those lotions just because they have been in my house from my mom & they've never helped me lol, or her.
