Dark circles are hereditary or health. Most creams out there are meant to mainly just minimize puffiness and not really darkness. Basically the only thing you can do if your's are bad is to use a correcting concealer (different colors like pinks and yellows) and cover with a good under eye concealer on top of the correcting color.

You may want to consider allergies too because this could be contributing to the dark circles; usually if its allergies (seasonal, outdoor, certain foods even if you aren't necessarily allergic to them) its mostly causes puffiness but it can sometimes cause more darkness than normal. Also, if you have started taking a new medication or if you have been sick, that could also be the problem.

Actually thats what the cr?am for. My aunt and her kids have really bad circles. I gave them this for Christmas and I see a change in their eyes. It fades and fades. They don't really have it any more now. So I'd say give it a try. Everyone's different.

I never said there was nothing wrong with the cream lol she can try it she wants; but like I said and you can do research, no creams are going to just get rid of dark circles if its genetic, you maybe can fade them, but most creams are only targeted for puffiness. Yes everyone is different, obviously, but I commented on it because I myself have dark circles but mine were caused for health reasons. Geeez.

Occasionally dark circles can be a sign of health issues, including anemia. Have you seen a doctor recently for a checkup?
Usually dark circles that don't have puffiness are genetic. The purple is the veins under the skin. If you're very pale you can see them on your eyelids too. Corrector (orange if your circles are purple, yellow if they are blue) and then concealer will hide them.

I use a yellow-orange corrector and a fair concealer when I wear face makeup, though it doesn't hide the hollowness. I have yet to find a solution for that.

My brothers lids look like that Emily... Anyways I forgot to mention this, make sure you are removing all of your eye makeup as well (which you should be doing anyways) because I have heard that people thought they were just getting dark circles all the sudden but its actually from gross eye makeup that is deep down in pores. Thats another thought. But if you have always had them then its caused by genetics or age and genetics kicking in...
