Hello Beautys :) Could use your suggestions. I'm hitting 33 soon so I thought it was about time to try using anti aging cleansers. I tried Oil of Olay Total Effects but I didnt like it at all... I found it harsh in a way and did not feel clean after washing. Is there another brand I could try? Incidentally, I use an AHA cleanser but like alternating with another cleanser as I get bored with using it all the time.

I'm combination / normal skin I think... I get acne and whiteheads on my forehead and chin mostly...hormonal related. I also live in SE Asia so any brand recommendations from there, aside from international ones, would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

Cerave cleanser is great to switch off with Aha cleanser it gentle but hydrating has hyaluronic acid that puts moisture in the skin and ceramides that restore your lipid barrier.

In swoops Traci L. pushing cerave cleanser lol! That said, I took her advice and bought a bottle about a week ago and I think my skin wants to marry that face wash. True story and I am 34. Leaves it feeling so balanced!

I must say Kat, I would have never guessed your in your 30s! You have such young and beautiful skin.. May you stay blessed with young skin!
I also agree with Traci on the Cerave, I got my mother in law to try it and she loves it.

I'm with these ladies about Cerave..for years I used Aveeno Positively Radiant and just recently decided to give Traci the Pushers (lol) recommendation a try..omg I'm in love. My skin looks and feels so much better. Wish I would've tried it a long time ago.

I'm 33 too and since I get breakouts as well, I use one of the Neutrogena scrubs (Stress Control I think). I read once that it isn't all that important to get higher end cleansers as they are literally washed off of your face LOL. I spend the most money on antiaging on creams with retinol, Vitamin C, glycolic acid, etc. and am generally less concerned with cleansers. Make sure it's oil-free and non-comedogenic if you get breakouts. Cerave is good too, but I can only use it when I'm getting zero breakouts bc generally I like to use something with anti acne ingredients if I'm breaking out.
