I think you should try going to a salon or hair stylist & ask them, because that sounds likes product that will give you volume not thicjness.

No product will make hair grow quicker or thicker, that's determined by genetics. Volumizing products give hair extra body so it appears thicker, and certain haircuts and styles can also make hair more voluminous.
