I may just do the eyes and some blush next time because I think besides the minor mishaps it turned out pretty well! Usually I wear mascara powder, and eyeliner, so I'm feeling a bit self conscious about this look.
What do you ladies think? Do you like the eye look? Is the full face too much?
Products used:
Neutrogena healthy skin foundation in nude
NYX HD concealer wand in 03 pale
Rimmel stay matte powder
Elf essential bronzers in sunkissed (highlight blended well) and matte bronze (cool tone, I used to contour a little )
WnW blush in mellow wine (wiiicked pigmented, beautiful color, but you have to use a very light hand to apply)
Wet n wild vanity palette (two last colors)
NYC waterproof eyeliner pencil in mink
What do you think?
Also, do you ladies recommend any light to medium coverage BB creams for dry skin? I really want to use one, but I've tried three which have clung to my dry patches. I want a light feeling one that is preferably semi matte/ slight dewy! I know that's a lot but if you have any suggestions at all I'll take em!
Also, I just need a hydrating primer that will keep my dry patches at bay for at least 6 hours! I was looking at elf's new one, and NYX's one as well but I wasn't sure which ones to go for!
Here's a picture of the look!

That lippie looks amazing on you! and the shadow really makes those pretty eyes pop!
I love the Magic BB from Loreal. and for primer, the Nyx photo ready primer is great, I've used it on a client with dry skin, and it worked quite well. And if by chance your interested in a high end primer without a doubt I love my Smashbox Photo Finish More than Primer, it is veeerrry hydrating and corrects dark spots/impefections!

Just gorgeous! The eyes are really nice. You've done a beautiful job of bringing out the almond shape of your eyes. I love the full face contouring. I don't think it's over done at all. It's all down to how comfortable you feel. Before BB creams became all the rage, I just mixed liquid foundation with moisturizer and that helped me in the winter when my skin was drier.

You did good Isabel! For the BB Creams, I would suggest trying the Wet N' Wild BB Cream from the Fergie Collection; it has just the amount of coverage you're looking for!

@Jocelyne
Seriously ,me too! It's taken me forever to figure out how to use it 😭 it's all about practice, also go light! (I didn't in this look though 😬)
@Ivette
Thank you Chica!
@Adahli
Thanks, doll! Now by a bit more low, do you mean down towards my jaw? For like a more flushed look?
@Kaitlyn
Thank you , chickadee! I appreciate it! I really have been wanting to try the smash box primer, for a while, and this just makes me want it more!
@Eve
This blush is so friken pigmented it is hard to not end up with a lot. But I wanted a more cheeky (if that makes sense ) look! I will definitely try it with a much lighter hand next time though! Thank you!
@Carsam
Thank you so much! I really tried. The foundation is too drying for me , so I had dry patches around my sore nose 😞 but thankfully it's far away enough so you can't see it! I just need to moisturize better for next time!
@Nerissa
Thank you, angel face! The blush was hard 😭 I didn't want to over use it, but that makes me feel a lot better!
@ Sandra
Thank you so much! I have been recommended the Dr.Jart one before , and this just solidifies it for me! I need to try it! I'll definitely ask her! Thank you🙏
@Lauren
Thank you! I'm going to look up some reviews!
@Jenny
Thank you so so much!! I did a very very light contour for my cheeks because I wasn't sure how that would go at all, and I decided to do my forehead because it's huge. However I didn't do my nose or jaw because I like the shapes! I may need to just do the mix up until I can find a good one!
@Ali
Thank you butter cup!
@Erin
Thanks , girl! 💗
@Tara
Thank you very much!!
@Brianna
That means a lot! I tried 😭 ❤️
@Marie
Thank you, sugar!
@Alicia
Thank you a ton! I have been eyeing that one for a while, but I wasn't sure! I'll have to do some research, and it's not a bad price at all so that's a plus!
@Gracelyn
Thanks gorgeous!
@Marae
thank you so much!! 💗🙏
Thank you ladies so so so much for the feedback, and recommendations! It is all so greatly appreciated!
