Aw, darn :o glossy blacks cool too! Mine isn't the top coat, it's from the opi satin line so no top coat required, which is nice since I'm lazy and that's one less coat I have to do lol ;)

It's kind of a flawed way of doing it, but it works lol. Just hold your nails above a pan of boiling water, and voila.
