OUCH ripped nail bed?

I've somehow ripped my thumb nail bed about a quarter of the way in halfway down the nail, and it hurts so much! I've trimmed all my nails down short now, to avoid it catching on anything but I haven't got a clue in how to fix the rip? Any help? Thank you ladies! 😘

You could wrap a band aid around it.

Maybe put triple antibiotic on it and wrap it ❤️ good luck 👍
