Okay so I had a big weekend that I don't remember much of lol and I sware I did arobics or something cause my body hurts from head to toe lol, I'm so stiff.
How can I releive the pain (don't say radox my area doesn't have that)

What I do when my body is aching is stretching. It really helps me a lot. stretch every part of your body and try to hold each stretch for a minimum or 30 seconds. you can check online for example.

I stretch and out heating pads on the places that are particularly hurting. Mostly, you'll just have to wait it out.

Saunas seriously help, my boyfriend and I go there whenever we're sore from working out or whatever..or when we're sick. brings you back to life man lol. or a really hot shower and some ibuprofen lol

Vultarin is great for muscle aches so is tiger balm they both help to relax your muscles heat as was said above and just relaxing and stretching out will help :D
