I have various small bumps on my forehead, is there any way to get rid of them quick?

Try an exfoliating cream or lotion…it's not a DIY but it'll most likely work.

Sorry late on this but I have milia aswell. I went to my dermatologist/esthetician and had the ones on my eyes and cheeks removed and now have been on tretinoin (prescription) for about 10 weeks now and it's cleared it up so much! I would defiantly recommend going to see the derm but the removal is optional

I have these in my forehead too and for this I am using scrub by ALBA BOTANICS it was recommended by a pharmacist and its helping.

Vitamin e!! Break a capsule open at night pat it all over your face and go to sleep you'll wake up with smooth soft skin! It gets rid of breakouts and everything!! You'll look like a greased chicken going to bed but I swear by this it works! Also try getting the aveno baby excema lotion and use that too it's almost like a silicone based lotion that provides a barrier for your skin and everything else, it's helped my baby's milia on her cheeks it's almost gone now and all we've done is use the aveno lotion, vitamin e capsules at night, and sometimes coconut oil too which is great because it's antibacterial too!! Hope this helps!! Xo.
