Eyelashes can be genetic. Sooo I would recommend using eye liner n mascara to make it LOOK longer.

Apparently applying Vaseline with an old mascara brush every night can help significantly! Idk I've never tried it.

Applying castor oil before bed works a bit, apparently it only works if you keep it up continuously though.

Please do not apply Vaseline.Vaseline is a sealent,it can trap bacteria and cause eye infections. The only proven thing to grow your lashes is Latiste.

Vaseline is a petroleum-based sealant and as such can put you at risk for eye infections. Your best bet is to keep them soft by applying Coconut oil (which contains natural antibacterial/anti-fungal properties) or jojoba oil. Clean your lash curler regular and avoid using once mascara is applied. I'd recommend never rubbing or tugging the eyes whenever possible, using coconut oil and cotton to remove eye make up, followed by your favorite cleanser. Lash primers may help you achieve better results and to reduce risk of breakage, perhaps try an all natural mascara, such as Tarte's Lights! Camera! Lashes! Waterproof mascaras can be drying for some people...leading to brittle lashes...of course this isn't applicable to everyone. Lastly, from what I understand, Jordana makes a nice lengthening mascara and I'm quite the fan of Loreal's Telescopic for length. Good luck!

You can try the eyelash fibers. I don't use them bc my eyelashes are too long but I hear they work. also if you have short lashes, I'm jealous bc mine are waaayy to long naturally I can't even wear sunglasses half the time bc I can't blink bc my eyelashes are blocked by the lenses.

If Latiste is proven to grow eyelashes why can't it grow our hair? Because eyelashes are also hair but I don't know so.

Like everyone has said its genetics, but if you take care if your lashes they look a lot fuller and longer because there healthy. Its like your hair, what look nicer, frizzy hair, or tamed hair. So I also recommend using makeup remover and not just wipes, and be general with them, I don't know why but with in the past year my lashes look so much better, I think its because I'm a lot more general with them.

I use vitamin e oil as suggested by an article on here, its called "diy lash conditioner" and it lists a few options. The article says it will achieve "Thicker, fuller and longer lashes". Just type "diy lash conditioner" into the search bar in the editorial section.

I've used brow gel in my eye lashes and then let it dry and do the rest of my make up then so mascara over it it keeps them looking longer and less clumpy.
