How to reduce redness overnight, please help!

I had an awful breakout on my cheeks. They are healing, but I have small red pimples all over my cheeks. Am currently using cetaphil to wash my face. Can you guys suggest what helps, reduce redness and prevent pimples or breakouts? Any creams that help dry them out?

To reduce the redness I would recommend an aspirin mask!

Reduce redness with green tea or cucumbers. spot test before using honey!
