I'd probably just wear black flats or boots.
Jewellery silver, earrings, bracelet, maybe a small pendant necklace.
Depends on how strict your school/work is on stuff like that

Accessorize with necklaces, bracelets, even cardigans. I'd make the shoes be the center of attention. maybe some with a print or cute detailing. you could do flats, oxfords, vans, converse, etc.
