Sorry but this is a fashion faux pas to the extreme. A lot of going on in this look. When choosing a style, think of what you what looks you want to go for. Start with pants. Now work on tour top. Do you want flowy top, bagg, fitted or just a simple one. Now layers, wear layers that won't clash on your top like the colors or prints. And make sure it matches the look that you want to go for. For a country look, ditch that flowery shirt and fedora and wear booties. Or you can wear strappy sandals.
