I'm starting training for a run I'm doing in September tomorrow, and what should I wear for it? It's going to be about 23C (73F), so it'll be prrtty warm. I have leggings, sweatpants, shorts, sports bras, vest tops, etc. I'm running in either Converse or high tops until I get proper running trainers. I'm not going to wear any makeup (no point as it'll come off anyway and clog pores!) ans will either have my hair up in a braid or ponytail:) thanks girls xx

I recommend shorts, as you get really hot when running. and just a tank top with a sport bra. have fun!

Shorts and a top which isn't to clingy (I hate clingy tops when running as it rubs and makes you feel horrible)

I usually run in shorts and tanks with arm holes and a sports bra. I'm always colorful lol. Make sure to get proper running shoes ASAP! Converse have like no support whatsoever and they can cause injury. :)

Run barefoot or wear proper runner without so much bridge support and always be sure to land on the balls of your feet not the toes or heels, this way you avoid knee injury. As for clothing I personally like to wear a hoodie and shorts, never pants as they're too constricting on the knees. If you're not down to sweat a lot try a tank top, just be sure it's not overly tight. And I definitely recommend a sports bra underneath so your boobs don't go all over the place and start hurting.
