Thank you ladies!! LOL! @Janelle, I jus kind of bought a bandana and lace, and then went on Pinterest for ideas , and I watched a lot of YouTube videos, cut the shorts longer at first, so I could figure out the length I wanted, and then cut more off if you waned them longer, distressed them and fabric glued on the lace and bandana! The bandana on the front is glued to the pocket!
