This post will probably get removed for being off topic, but I am just so happy I had to make it...
I have had skin cancer three times (squamous and basal cell melanomas) and got lucky, they never metastasized. I had another biopsy about a week and a half ago and it was melanoma this time. I had to undergo a lot of testing and imaging to check and see if it had spread... I got the results this morning.
IT DIDN'T SPREAD. I can't tell you how deliriously relieved I am after waiting to hear the results for almost a week. I don't know how I got so lucky to keep beating it, but I am glad!
I just wanted to share my good news, thanks for bearing with my off-topic thread. :)

Thanks for the well-wishes and kind words everyone! My fiance said that as a treat he is going to pay for all the supplies for me to bleach my hair blonde (I've been obsessed with that idea for about a month now, haha). :) Hopefully that has a happy ending as well, since I will be doing it myself. ;)
