I don't think you would have to. If you want to go with a lighter color then you would have to.

No, it will be enough bleach as it is in a hair dye :)

My mum trained as a hairdresser and she said if there is bleach already in the dye, the longer you leave it on the lighter it will go.

Definitely don't have to if your going darker ^_^
It's easier to go darker than lighter for hair

You shouldn't have to if it's similar enough. I'd say if your going a few shades lighter then you would have to bleach.
