How to get rid of acne?
Well there are a lot of different ways. I like the all natural ways. I don't like to take chances in chemicals wrecking my skin. I used to have a lot of acne but now I don't even have to wear foundation or anything like that anymore. Here is what I did.
I got a cleansing brush and I still use it to this day. When you take a shower have the water starting out warm to open your pores in your skin just scrub some soap onto your face and then take to cleansing brush and scrub with that. It will make it bubbly. Then take a wash cloth and whip off the bubbles. The rest you go on with what you normally do. Before you turn off the water though turn it to cool and rinse yourself off. This will close the pores back up.
Also for a while I would put lemon juice on my face and let it dry. I would do this before I went to go take my shower so I could wash it off after it was dry. Can't do this everyday or it will dry out your skin really badly. Make it every other day or every two days. It's up to you how long you do it for.
Also a while back I took dairy out of my diet and replaced it with other things. Like dairy milk from a cow, I replaced it with soymilk. I still eat cheese though. I'm trying to find something to replace cheese. On the upside for me though. I rarely eat cheese unless it is on pizza.
