Hey guys! I'm new to the forum!
So I have always been a nut for dying my hair all sorts of colors I'm naturally a brunette and recently dyed my hair all brown so it could start growing out and I wouldn't have to dye it anymore before this I was bleach blonde and had pink low lights and then red all over Etc..
With that being said my hair is very brittle and dry always gets split ends and anything that grows I have to cut off
I am always traveling and literally have no time to do masks or anything -the only time I have is to take a shower at the gym do my hair and then leave again. Right now I use Paul Mitchell shampoo with no conditioner (yes I know I should but I don't know which is absolute very best to use) and then use a leave in conditioner after my shower blow it dry and put a good amount if argon oil in it..when I can I put some coconut oil in it but still doesn't seem to get me anywhere
What should I do!? I want long hair (right now I can only maintain a shoulder length) and at very minimum soft non split end hair that is healthy
Oh and I also take prenatals vitamin e and biotin vitamins
Anything than can help please shoot my way whether it's more vitamins or shampoo conditioner oils etc...

The easiest way to make your hair grow faster is to keep it healthy. Don't mistake me, the rate at which your hair grows is determined by genetics, and nothing you can do will make your hair grow faster than it naturally would at its healthiest.
First, trim your split ends. If you don't, they will keep splitting up the shaft and ruin even more of your hair.
Second, invest in a sulfate and sodium chloride free shampoo and conditioner (I like the L'oreal EverStrong), and a hair mask or deep conditioner (I like Macadamia Deep Repair Masque and the L'oreal Power Moisture Mask). In the shower, wash your hair first thing, shampoo only the roots and condition from your ears down. After that, apply your mask, focusing on the ends of your hair. Finger comb until you don't feel any knots, and then put your hair in a bun. Leave it that way for the rest of your shower, washing it out should be the last thing you do. I wash my hair around 3 times a week (with dry hair I can get away with it) and do the hair mask every time. If you need to wash your hair more than that, reduce your hair mask usage to 3 times :)
Third, in terms of heat protectors, I like the Tressemme and It's a 10 Leave in Plus Keratin. However, I advise you to cut out heat styling as much as possible.
That's my hair routine, my entire head is bleached and it is just as healthy as it was before I dyed it.

I can relate as to my hair always felt like it wasn't growing. in reality it was just brealing. sulfate free shampoos so many lines Carry them now. try not to was everyday, please use a conditioner everytime you wash I often skip a regular one and go straight for the deep one.use both a moisturizing one and protiem based (don't over use protein products though) I know you said doing masks are hard for you but really try to fit them in. keep using the argon and coconut oils those are really good for sealing in moisture.

1tbs dry mustard
1tbs hot water
1tbs olive oil
2tsp sugar
1/2 egg yolk
-mix together and apply to ONLY roots (I apply warm olive oil to my ends a swell) put hair up and blow dry roots put a plastic bag over hair and put a warm hat over top.
Let sit for 15-60 min rinse with shampoo and conditioner
Do this NO MORE THEN ONCE A WEEK
My hair grows so slow and is really dry. I've done this for 2 months my hair has grown 20cm and is super soft!!

Does wen have deep conditioning and I wonder if it's better than healthy sexy hair with argon oil shampoo and conditioner...?

Wen does have a deep conditioner honestly I find it pricey. just mu 2 cents but I feel there are a lot of other great options that are cheaper.

I basically second everything Hannah said!
As for product recommendations, I recently started using the Moroccanoil Moisture Repair shampoo and conditioner and I love it. It's sulfate, phospate, and paraben free, and although it takes some time getting used to the idea that you can get clean hair without the lather, it has really helped my hair. Before this, my hair was wrecked from frequent swimming, as well as having it thoroughly gelled, clipped, and hairsprayed down into a tight bun everyday for dance. And now it's healthy as ever :)
One more tip is to keep your hair in a braid, at least on your off days where you're not really doing much or going anywhere. My hair is always knotty gets tangled very easily, which causes breakage and damage. I've found that keeping it in a braid is the best way to keep it tangle free throughout the day, as opposed to wearing it down or in a bun.
Unless you have a biotin deficiency, it really won't help you much in terms of hair growth. I suggest you also stop taking the prenatal vitamins unless you are in fact pregnant. Unless you're anemic, you will be overdosing on iron. The iron can build up in your body and cause all kinds of nasty side effects that you do not want to be dealing with. Try taking an Omega 3,6,9 vitamin instead if you really want to take supplement. The truth is, most vitamins serve little to no purpose unless you have a deficiency or gap in your diet. You need to look at your diet, talk to your doctor/dietician, and decide which supplements you will benefit from the most. Otherwise it's either a waste of money, or could end up being harmful.
Good luck! Hope this helped :)

First things first, you need to get regular trims. keep cutting that ddamaged hair off. you can only repair to end extent. your hair will get longer, but for now getting that dry damaged hair off is most important. second off...use a conditioner! try Pureologys hydrating conditioner. its wonderful, and makes your scalp tingle. stay away from drug store brands like herbal essence, treseme, Aussie, dove...they are all loaded with fillers and stuff that isn't good for your hair. while your hair may feel conditioned its not. the wax from the conditioner just coats your hair. you need something that is actually going to penetrate the hair shaft. keep heat to minimal. if you do use heat then use a heat protector. and try not to wash your hair everyday...it can be harsh and drying.
