You should try using a toner to balance out the pH levels in your skin. Also you could try contouring your makeup to make you face all the same shade. ( Use foundation, concealer, blending powder...)

One word...sunscreen. And daily use of a vitamin c serum will take care of that for you. I deal with that as well...my chin. Drives me bonkers. I use a moisturizing spf30 and a antoxidant serum that contains vitamin c. If I go for long stretches of time without using the serum I'll notice some darkening of my chin...especially if I only use my mineral powder foundation.

You're experiencing melasma. Its common amongst those with brown skintones though fair skin beauties can have it as well.

Perricone MD has a great Vitamin C serum. It was the last one I using before I started using one my husband formulated for me. A more affordable option is one by Philosophy. Its in powder form and you add a smidge to your daytime moisturizer. I also used one from Renee Rouleau that I loved too.

Love Dr perricone ,and also Isomers C stem serum ,it's a lot cheaper and does a excellent job at brightening hyperpigmentation.
