Okay I have this zit, I think on my back but it hasn't come to a head but it hurts so so bad to the point it hurts to move my shoulder... anything I can do to make it get to a head or make it not do painful?

I've had those before, really painful when I have my back pack. I don't do anything I just make sure to take a really hot shower.
