Hey kaelee it's really hard to see in the photo, if there is fluid and or blood then it could be infected, it looks sort of red. I had my snug pierced a few months ago and to prevent infection I was told to use emu oil, if there's any way you can get it! It speeds up the healing process and I find the oil helps clear any fluid from the piercings. Also, make sure you're using an antibacterial cleanser that's specific for cartilage piercings, as I already had a spray for my lobes at home but I was told not to use it. I apply these using q-tips (try to minimise touching the piercing with your hands!)

My friend got a bar on her ear pierced and her skin rejected and she had a huge bump near the piercing so she had to go to the hospital and got an injection and now she has kinda like a small piece of her ear missing I think it got infected and that was her second time trying to get that same section pierced. you should call your piercer.
