I like mini skirts but on young teens I don't believe it's appropriate with just the mini skirt alone. Like nala said too many pervs. Plus imo I wouldn't want to see young teens running around with half their body hanging out. I'd be thinking "what was her parents thinking letting her out of the house with barely any clothes on"... Again just my opinion

I think the whole discussion here is getting pretty weird- I don't think it's inappropiate for kids to wear short clothes in summer- I think it's inappropriate to sexualize them! So, if a kid is wearing a mini skirt and some old pervs sexualize her, it's the GIRL's dressing that is inappropriate?! I'm sorry,but I think something is pretty wrong with our society here..
