Not a lot of people like it, but I really like it, it works perfect on my skin... But the problem is you have to stick to only the proactive routine.. it got rid of most of my acne but not the acne scars.

It didn't work for me, and for my sister it didn't work either. It's extremely harsh on your skin, and it bleaches your towels, not to mention it's volatile. My little sister tried it, and then used sunscreen afterwards, and her entire face broke out in massive hives. It's just way too volatile to put near your face, it could react with anything else you use.

^Especially since you don't use it all up in a single month. It's a large amount of product, considering how much you're supposed to be using.

I got good results but it dried out my face very bad. So bad I had to stop using it because my face was SO flakey and tight. It clears it up but isn't worth it. I would not recommend it at all. Too much money wasting when you could buy something that works and doesn't dry the face.

It contains ingredients that actually bleach skin and will permanently damage skin cells which makes it very hard for the skin to rebuild and heal. one time my boyfriend dropped a bit on his carpet and it burned a hole through it within 10 minutes. I wouldn't be putting that on your face

That sucks for your brother Samantha. I'm also very allergic to benzoyl peroxide. it's a very bad chemical to use on your face. I used proactive for a week about 6 years ago and to this day the area on my cheeks are still damaged from it.

It worked amazingly for me the first time I tried. I used it for about to months and my skin was totally clear for about 4 months after I stopped using it (got too expensive for me). A few months ago I started using it again because I started breaking out again, and it did not help one bit. So yeah it was wierd.

Just stop using it. I don't think a few days will make the hugest difference. Find a facewash that has salicylic acid, and use that instead :)
