Okai... so... Yes I did get all the warnings, and all the scolding for picking at my acne... I did it subconsciously though... and I couldn't help myself. Needless to say, I now have dark spots all over my face. And I want to get rid of them or at least lighten them up... Can someone help?... And stretch marks. Yup, I hate them they make me so self-conscious... But everything just grew so fast D: and I didn't notice them until it was too late. They are mostly on my inner thighs but I have them on my hips and sides of my breasts too. I loathe them... with a fiery passion. And I am worried about when summer comes along, I'm going to be to nervous to put on a swimsuit again... Help?

BioOil is incredible! This will really help. Apply every night and day for 3 months time, they should start to disappear. :)

For acne scars you can do a microdermabrasion series which will help tremendously and use a spot lightening cream with it. For stretch marks don't waste your money, once they're white your stuck with them. Even when they're red it's still hard to get rid of them. Save your money and love your skin! I have stretch marks but I've learned to care less about them.

I 100% recommend red light therapy, which I can help find a location that provides it near you if you'd like. Red light is the highest visible light ray, it accelerates the skins healing by penetrating the bottom of the skins dermis layer and stimulating the production of collagen and elastin proteins. It increases the skins metabolism of healthy oxygen and nutritional molecules. It's great for anti aging and skin rejuvenation, and also helps in fading sun spots and hyper pigmentation by stimulating the skins cells vitality and permeability. Red light is like a non invasive, non surgical Botox ;)
It helps the ski maintain the elasticity and firmness while refining it's texture and smoothing lines and wrinkles. It firms, tones, and increases skins elasticity, minimizes wrinkles, deep furrows, crows feet, fine lines, improves skin tone, and restores skin clarity, improves acne prone skin by killing bacteria, helps irregular pigmentation, reduces age spots or sun spots, minimizes pores and stimulates skin cell metabolic functions.

Aloe Vera don't get the cream bs... Get the actual aloe Vera plant from a good super market slice it open and apply twice a day... A friend of mine did this everyday and her acne and scars went away now her skin is so clear it doesn't even look like she had acne..

Don't ever do lasers or therapy on your acne scars! Yes they will go away Temporary, but they will defentlty come back.. those stuff are like for a special occasion coming up, plus they are really expensive. just stick to your daily wash.. give it time

Red light isn't temporary haha, and it's not expensive at all! It's not dangerous either, it's visible light that you're exposed to daily

Personally I've never seen light therapy work, in my eyes it's a waste of money but if it works for some people then good for them. Lol

I used it 2 years ago because it's anti inflammatory and I had an injury that I needed to get rid of before provincials, ended up ridding my acne scars before provincials as well :) they're still gone. Just recently red light therapy has been more readily available for cosmetic purposes because it's only JUST gaining popularity, they've also come a long way

Bio Oil! It's cheap and VERY effective! If you use it daily, it could get rid of it within weeks. -Trust me, I had loooads of acne scars on my face so I used bio-oil every night, then in the morning I washed it off and used my cleaner and my other morning products for a few weeks and my scars had gone! :) xx

@aqsa where do you get bio oil? I used to get mine at Walmart and I haven't found it lately :( I haven't used it for scars but it's amazing for chapped lips and try patches
