I was wondering how safe and easy at home whitening kits are and if it's worth it to save some money and whiten my teeth at home.

I would say save up to get it professionally done, it works much better. If your not looking for that much whitening the kits are great :)

Definitely whiten at home. unless your teeth look like cheese, I don't really think you need it done professionally.

If you want to gradually whiten or maintain, I love the Colgate whitening toothpaste in the red bottle. can't think of the name. :).
