I purchased these two lip balms in a haul today, and some people asked for reviews so here they are.
The first one is the Bite Beauty Agave Lip Mask, and I actually really like this product. It's supposed to moisturize your lips and plump them with extended use. I'm not sure about that, but I do get very badly chapped lips, and it's worked well today. It's a thicker formula, which is nice, but it sinks into your skin as opposed to a product like Vaseline which is also thick but feels like it sits on top of your lips. I'm a fan of that, I like chapsticks that I can feel on my lips. I also like that it has somewhat of a sticky texture, in that it's not moving anywhere. It's not sliding off of my lips, and it's not moving around. It's staying where I put it, and that's nice. I also like the scent, because it's very faint, and you can only smell it when it's straight out o the tube. Once it's on your lips, the scent disappears. Huge plus, for me. The one downfall, I'd say, is that the packaging is very hard to get product out of; it's a squeeze tube, but it's very hard packaging and a very thick formula, so you need a bit of force. All that said, I really look forward to using this product more!
The other product is the CO Bigelow VanillaMint Lip Shine. It's supposed to have 2X the moisturizing ingredients as a normal lip balm, and also give you the shine of a gloss. I'm not as big a fan of this one. I like it fine, except the texture. It definitely moisturized, but the texture was too glossy for my personal taste. It felt like it was sliding off my lips and I was going to have to reapply it 20 times a day. Despite that, it really did taste like a vanilla mint, and I liked that a lot. Not strongly scented, but it tasted pretty good! I recommend it if you like lighter lip balms, it's a very light texture, and gives a nice shine without being sticky like a lipgloss.
So, both are great, in very different ways :) I got a third one today as well, and I'll be putting a review on that one up later!

Not a chaotic per say, but dermalogica's renewal lip complex is amazing for the lips. It has a thick consistency that your smear on your lips. I've been struggling with dryness in my lips so much this winter, and I had tried dang near everything on them (exfoliants, medications, gloss, balms, etc.) and nothing helped quite like the renewal lip complex. It moisture into my lips so well and helped give them more of a natural tone and smoothness. I'm addicted! I now use it every night before I go to bed, and during times of harsh weather. It's also great for anti-aging!! You should try it for sure!
I love CO Bigelow glasses for the mintiness, not so much the glossiness like you stated.
I hope to trust through Bite Beauty lip mask. Sounds intriguing! Thanks for the review.
Did you happen to do a review for the Origins Charcoal Mask? If so could you link it for me? I'm really into masks and would love to try something new. Really want to try The Body Shop's Tea Tree Mask and their Dead Sea Mineral one w/e it's called.

I haven't tried the Origins mask yet, but I plan to sometime this week! And I'll definitely check that out. I'm not a huge fan of mint chapsticks, so for me, the CO Bigelow was surprisingly good. And the Bite mask is amazing. Truly, it's making my lips feel great.

I had a tube of the CO Bigelow stuff but in pomegranate lemonade a lonnnnggg time ago & it was awesome. I agree that it was too glossy, but that taste though.

I have a co bigelow rose lip salve and it is amazing it comes in a tin I've used it up almost!
