Haha yes you would look like a mermaid! :) & if your so worried about your eyes and hair clashing together do the chalk first and see if you like it or not.

A mint to blue ombre like Renay posted would look sooooo cool! I love that periwinkle color next to the mint you mentioned and the peachy color after green <3

From the bottom left use the 2,3&4 it will make your eyes pop without getting too much and try bouncy curls chalk to me looks the best that way
