It would be a more bright, yellow orange. I've used Loreal color zap (same thing) to remove red and my hair was super orange.

Hmm what should I do to fade the red more?

I bleached it first :/ would it get light enough for me to only have to bleach my hair once?

It depends on what color you're trying to get to.

That picture is really neutral; color oops is only going to make your hair more orange and if they only bleach it once you'll have a way brassier blonde than that picture. Lol I've gone back and forth from black to blonde and that orange stage is the hardest to get out of. You'll definitely need to bleach at least twice to get the color you want, with or without the color oops.

To cancel out red, you want to use a colour with a green undertone. Stripping the colour or bleaching will most likely just make it a brighter shade, and damage your hair.
Go for an ashy coloured dye to cancel out the red.

As long as the hair dye you used wasnt splat -.- if your willing to pay more at the salon they should have a bleach alternative to get the color that you already have off, itll be less damaging than putting a bunch of bleach to strip the color and itll probably work a lot better than color oops since its professional
