How do you feel about my frizzy bun? ( Natural Hair )

Hey ladies! So I braided my hair in one side braid last night, and after I realized that I wanted to take it down and have two so I could wear my hair out later, but te problem is... It dried. If you have natural coily hair , you know that I would have to wet my hair thoroughly and redo two braids which would take fourty minutes at least.. So I decided to leave it in for bed, and this morning I didn't know what I was going to do, so I took it out and finger combed it because it was still damp ( even down my hair takes at least 12 hours to dry thoroughly ) , after it was very undefined and frizzy, then I threw it up into a bun! What do you ladies think?

Did you use anything other then water when you were twisting at all? I like slightly more defined poof balls. Frizz is going to happen (or at least it seems like it with me so far) but I like there to be at least tiny curls. Maybe try a curl smoothie or something along those lines? I bought the Au Naturale Coil Moisturizing Soufflé this morning to use for a wash and go and it didn't do to badly.

@Erin, I used a leave in conditioner! I did it yesterday, mid day, and it dried by this morning! When I finger combed through it it frizzed immediately! I do favor more curls in a bun than frizz but I neglected to use my curl enhancing smoothie by Shea moisture and this is the outcome! I have actually been eyeing the say Naturale one you suggested , how does it work? Does it make your hair soft? By the way, I LOVE your hair! It's beautiful! The lippie looks awesome too?"!

Use an oil like coconut oil on top of the leave in as it'll seal in that moisture. If your hair is extra thirsty like mine try the LOC method - leave in, oil, cream (although I use Shea butter) with this method I don't have to moisturize my hair for at least three or four days!

But my hair is actually really soft and I like the smell. The my curls are little, but defined. Still not as good as Miss Jessie's Pillow Soft Curls but it works! I love the smell of the sheen sealing nectar though.
