Lips tend to stay soft if you stay hydrated. :) ait could probably also be the sun so make sure your lips stay protected. :) you probably knew this already buuuut I hope this helped a little :)

I love using Vaseline (:
Before you apply lipstick, when you brush your teeth, scrub your lips with your toothbrush and then apply Vaseline. But a sugar scrub works perfect!

Smith's Minted Rose Lip Balm! You can pick it up at Sephora. It's close to the consistency of Vaseline but has a better feel and smell. I scrub my lips with a soft bristled tooth brush and then apply it. I get a lot of compliments on my lips so it definitely works!

I really like blistex & nivea. Vaseline won't really end up helping, it's a sealant not a moisturizer. it only provides temporary relief.

First you have to make sure your drinking enough, make sure your not dehydrated, and the Nivea lip stuff works well.

Use a toothbrush and gently brush your lips. Then I like to use Nivea, but I also hear Vaseline works well(:

I love Neutrogena lip moisturizer, the Norwegian formula one.. Apart from this I use honey once a day to naturally moistures my lips. As mentioned by Lisa drink enough water.
