I'm curious too! Normally I have a high pain tolerance but I found waxing my legs pretty painful, and I think it'll take me a while to build up the courage to go for a Brazilian.

That area is much smaller than your leg so in my opinion it's waay more tolerable and over pretty quick:)

I've had several brazilians. Is it painful? Yes. Is it doable? Yes, especially if you have a great esthetician. Take an advil ahead of time. I would say I have a medium pain tolerance and make it through just fine.

Don't go the week before your period. You'll be much more sensitive then.

I would go for it, yes it will hurt but it won't be unbearable. Take a pain pill an hour before you get it done.

Alyssa, how long does that usually last?

Completely smooth for 2 weeks but not every one has the same rate of hair growth

And after doing it for for a couple of years the hair does grow back slower and becomes a little bit thinner.

I wax Brazilians professionally and I recommend 100%. Waxing hurts but it hurts because it's working. The main goal in waxing is hair follicle damage so the hair doesn't grow back. Just make sure you go to a salon that uses hot wax and are professional :) it's uncomfortable the first few times but it pays off!

My only advice; get it done professionally, whatever you do. They know how to do it so you don't get irritated/itchy down there. I used to use Nair and although it worked, once I got it done professionally I would recommend that over anything.
