I'm looking for blue green or red hair dye that won't ruin my hair and only stays in for a few weeks and shows up well on dark hair.

You won't be able to get a bright color without bleaching your hair. You could get a slight red tint, but that's probably the best you'd get.
And with semi permanent dyes there is always the chance that it will stain your hair, meaning it won't wash out completely.
I'd suggest looking at the brand hot huez, it's like hair chalk but shows up beautifully on dark hair, washes out in one wash and doesn't feel chalky on the hair.

I think you'd be better off with red or blue (a dark blue) since your hair is dark. Green could end up looking funky. Basically any semipermanent dye will do :)

You could use hair chalk, it's temporary and doesn't ruin your hair and bright colors will show up on dark hair.

The Ion brand is a really good dye brand. My hair is terrible and it doesn't dry out my scalp.

Oh well I don't know how well it'd show up on dark hair lol. I used a purple one on my black hair before & I had a really pretty purple tint. looked awesome in the sun.

When I would dye my whole head I would go to Sally's and get a demi permanent dye and I used the darkest red and they also have a really good blue and you need to use the developer. Demi permanent hair color will not hurt your hair and will stay in for 24ish washes.
