So I just put some coconut oil in my hair but I was wondering how long do you leave it in for?
And I've heard that some people apply heat like with a blow dryer is that good or bad?

I usually leave it on for a half hour to 45 minutes but I'm not sure about applying heat to it sorry!

Heating it up helps it penetrate the hair. You can put it in the microwave beforehand, then put hair up in a shower cap and blow dry. Don't blow dry without the shower cap, because then the oil will just kind of dry onto your hair and get all dried out.

I put it in my hair after I wash it and I leave it in, I don't rinse it out.
