Don't use face wash while your face is irritated! Try using some aloe vera.

Try not to use any harsh products on your face, and avoid Clensers for now. Just moistureise.

What Maressa said, The aloe Vera would work great. Its a gel moisturizer found in a plant, you can also buy some at the drugstore.

Lacto calamine lotion, do NOT use oatmeal, it will aggravate your allergic reaction. and pat ice cubes gently on your face.

I just had a horrible one! I used honey with a hint of apricot oil. Rinsed that with a touch of CeraVe..then applied green tea that was cooled as my sole rinse for 3 days. No makeup..just let it be. At night..I applied Apricot Oil again. I also took an antihistamine.
