Just wanted to remind all of you out there to enjoy this holiday season and to not panic over taking in extra calories! I used to obsess over what not to eat at Thanksgiving or what to avoid Christmas eve and I found myself enjoying the holidays less. If you are eating right the rest of the year and regularly making it into the gym, then don't stress about the piece of pumpkin pie or the extra bit of stuffing you grabbed third's of because you will burn it off well before you have to wear a bikini again! =]
Holidays are about enjoying life and the people in it, so take the time to enjoy all food that surrounds you at the end of the year, its a once a year thing that won't hurt you! =]
Happy holidays guys! =]
